I hope I did not miss a discussion about a similar problem.
I encounter the following message "The highlighted reference do not longer exist...." while working on a document. I probably deleted one of the references.
The problem is that I cannot see to which reference the message is related (the "highlighted" reference), and therefore I cannot fix the problem.
Any advice?
I am using a PC, and Office 365.

I'd try to isolate this -- copy the page Zotero is showing at the time that message is displayed to a new document (set the same citation style for that doc via Set Document Preferences first): do you get the same error when you try to insert a new citation now? If so, you should be able to narrow it down pretty quickly.
