Style request: Journal of Computer Information Systems

Please, I look for the Citation styles for Journal of Computer Information Systems (http://www.iacis.org/jcis/guidelines.php).
According to Journal of Computer Information Systems (JCIS),
- Journal references must follow the format:
[1] Author's last name, initials. "title," journal name (italicized) volume:issue (enclosed in parentheses), year, page number(s).

- Book references must follow the format:
[1] Author's last name, initials. book title (italicized), publisher, city, state, year, page numbers(s).

- Proceedings references must follow the format:
[1] Author's last name, initials. "title," name of proceedings, conference city, state: conference date, page number(s).

This style is close to the citation style of IEEE, but there are some differences:
- At the difference of IEEE witch begins initials, JCIS style begins by author's last name.
- There is a period between author's name and title
- References must be complete and listed alphabetically

The ISSN of the Journal of Computer Information Systems is ISSN: 0887-4417.
Further informations about the JCIS styles are on the journal's website: http://www.iacis.org/jcis/guidelines.php
Here is an example of paper written in that style: http://iacis.org/jcis/articles/55-2-1.pdf
