Note: I changed the Data Directory Location under Preferences - Advanced - Files and Folders.

adamsmithtranslators basically never work on PDF full text pages. The problem here is that it displays a save to Zotero icon, not that it fails.

cryptosorcererOh, okay. But it could actually just run the same translator on https://eprint.iacr.org/2014/1004 then because that should work if you're correct.
