I would like to join the request to have an option of adding flags to references, together with the capability to search by flag status. WizFolio, another web based research tool, offers various colored flags with an option to personalize flag names. It is true that one can get similar results with tags, but adding tags is more cumbersome than just clicking a flag icon to turn it on.
