Hello,
I recently joined a new university and my zotero standalone has been unable to sync since using their internet. I use Chrome as my browser and I am using Zotero Standalone 4.0.28. I have been unable to send my error report as well. Below is the text from the error report. Thank you for your time and assistance.

dstillmanUsually that error is due to system proxy settings being incorrect or security software on the system interfering. Check your system proxy settings and, if that doesn't help, try temporarily disabling your security software.
