I updated to Zotero as proposed , the Zotero data base opened, took a while and then showed the error id and demanded to restart.
After restarting Zotero runs without visible errors
  • It looks like you have (or had) your data directory within Dropbox. That's strongly discouraged, and we can't provide any support as long as that's the case. You should move it out and reset your translators and styles and check your database integrity from the Advanced → Files and Folders pane of the Zotero preferences.
