sorry, I'm really uncertain what you're asking here: If you need a CSL style coded for you, you can
a) do it yourself
b) follow the outline of how to request a style and then wait for a volunteer to do it (which may take some time), or
c) pay for it.

If you are mostly able to do it yourself, you can ask specific questions and we'll do our best to help you.

@noorafsar: You write about a journal in the title. Do you mean Chemical Engineering & Technology with its instructions for authors here? At least it looks like exactly the same example. For chemistry you might also want to check the ACS styles.

Yes you are right, But the citation in text is like is different
I need [1].
