JSTOR translator patch

Following is a patch that resolve several issues with JSTOR.
Issues addressed in this patch:
* Abstract captured into the 'abstract' field (actually this is a bug in the JSTOR citations exporter)
* Added DOI record capuring
* Added new URLs to the translator recognition code
* Fixed a bug with some multiple choice pages (e.g. http://www.jstor.org/pss/i325345)

  • Hey - this looks pretty sweet. Even just having to move the abstract from those extra fields is itself worth the patch.

    I was having some trouble copying it in though... am I missing something? There are a lot of plus and minus signs at the start of each line. Is that correct?
