Diffrences between Mac and Windows

There are some differences between Mac and Windows in Zotero appearance.
I use Windows 7 + Zotero standalone 4.0.28.

Zotero for Mac has:
- line separating column
- alternative row color
- colorful library pne

Zotero for Winodws has:
- None

Questions:

1. Are there any options for Windows version which make it like Mac?

2. If not, can you developers add options for Windows version?
