Finding other people in Zotero

Hi, I am a faculty member who has a student compiling a bibliography in Zotero. She is trying to share the bibliography with me, but neither she nor I can find each other when we search for people through zotero. We both have accounts. Why is this? Thank you,

best way to do this would be to both join a group and share the references through that. You can invite someone to a group if you know their Zotero username.

The people search is a bit messed up, though e.g. your profile is at
https://www.zotero.org/julianavo/ if you want to send someone the link.
