Testing Translators on local system
I am building a web translate for my site. I know I can use Zotero Scafold to develop and test the translator.
However, I'd like to test it for other browser, such as Chrome, Safari and IE.
On my PC, I downloaded the Zotero standalone, and added connectors for Chrome, Safari. I then went to the directory C:\Users\myname\AppData\Roaming\Zotero\Zotero\Profiles\o9kybafq.default\zotero\translators and added mytranslator.js.
However, my translator does not seems to be recognized in Zotero. Is this the correct way to add new translator locally?
How do I do it for Mac?

Nothing different on a Mac.
You can run debug in the connectors to see if Zotero is trying to run your new translator.
