displaying tags with with general info fields in library?

Is there a way to display the tags (and the notes and related items) on the same screen with the general fields when scrolling through the items in one's library? Something like the way it is displayed in the library when one logs into the website.

I don't totally understand. What's your goal here? If you want to hide the enter right-hand pane, you can drag the separator over to do that.
