Upgrade StorageSync not working to WebDav
Hi,
Unfortunately, I am experiencing some issue with the sync function.
Here is what happened:
Out of nowhere, I received an error message saying that:
"Zotero cannot acccess your login information. If you are using a master password in Firefox, make sure you have entered it successfully.
This could also be due to a corrupted Firefox logins database. To check, close Firefox, remove cert8.db, key3.db and logins.json from your irefox profile directory and re-enter your Ztoero login information in the Sync pane of the Zotero preferences."
I did exactly that. I am sure my login information for the WebDAV (box.com) is correct. However, the sync is not working.
The error ID I received is: 1216469188
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
