Group library is not being updated for me with a members entries

One of the Library members has added some entries and show in the online group library she sees. However, these do not show when I access the online Library. Syncing my Library does not "bring in" the new entries. How can this be corrected? Marg

    If you don't see the changes, you're almost certainly looking in a different place.

    How can that be? Anne (the other member) sees my updates and was able to sync my new entries with her but I don't see her new entries.

    There's essentially no way to see different data in the same library on zotero.org, and there's no way to upload changes to zotero.org without receiving changes from there first. So if she's really seeing your ongoing updates, her Zotero client likely isn't actually uploading (downloading happens before uploading) and her changes aren't actually on zotero.org.
