Faded attachements

Hi,

Some of my attachments are faded and Paper Ship would say it cannot download them. I tried:
- deleting them and attaching again,
- reindexing.
It did not help.

What should I do?

    Is this a PaperShip question? if so, you'll have to ask the PaperShip developers.

    It is both. What does it mean if an attachment is faded in Zotero Standalone?

    That just happens when you have an active search that doesn't match an item. So if you search for a word that's only in a parent item, the child items will be gray.
