Zotero Create New Item From Current Page no longer adding pages to collection

I got an error when capturing a page yesterday which said report it to zotero and restart firefox. After restarting firefox and then later rebooting, the capture pop up message appears in the lower right, but pages are not added to collection. Is there a log I can turn over to the dev team?

    not from the crash yesterday, but here's instructions on how to create a debug output:
    http://www.zotero.org/support/debug_output
    (the debug log is turned of by default)
