Upgrade StorageCreate a collection from a subcollection
I have a subcollection that I want to change into a collection on my organizational tree. I have unsuccessfully tried to do this by dragging and dropping the subcollection onto the main tree trunk. The subcollection keeps going back to its place under its parent collection. Must I copy all the items in the subcollection into a new collection, and then delete the old subcollection, or will dragging and dropping work, if I do it the right way? If so, what is the correct way? Thanks.

adamsmithjust dragging the subcollection onto "My Library" works. If that's what you tried, try again.
