Upgrade StorageURLs in Chicago bibliography
URLs are not being formatted as I wish for my Chicago output. I want the text "Available: " as a prefix to the URL string. I already have my own custom version of Chicago I am working on.
Odd thing is, nowhere in the CSL is the URL found! Yet it does output.
Very confused I am.
(In the meantime I might switch to Harvard as a baseline style to edit.)
