Kudos to Zotero

I've been using Zotero since 2007. It got me through my PhD and countless publications since then. The ease of use, the way it downloads metadata, the syncing across all my computers and devices make it a phenomenal and essential product for any academic. In addition to having a great product, I've asked numerous questions in the Zotero forums over the years and always received prompt and helpful responses, usually from the developers themselves. How they can develop a product like this and keep on top of answering user questions too is amazing.

I just wanted to say thank you from a huge devotee of Zotero and best wishes to all of you as this product continues to develop. I can't wait to see what is next!
