Now I thought that it might be a problem with NPG overall, but, other websites from the NPG (Nature Communications for example) work fine.

CrossRef also lists the authors just fine.

What I did notice was that the connector icon did not recognise the website immediately. I had to refresh the website several times until it appeared.

Import through PubMed worked fine.

    The authors (and a bunch of other info) were missing from the typical metadata that is available on Nature's pages. We fixed our scraping to pull more data from their "Export citation" feature, so that should be fixed now. Update your translators via Preferences -> General -> Update Now, restart browser, and try again.
