Tried all methods to sync attachment, still fail

The debuging ID is : D29607680

I have all my files/attachment uploaded successfully. I can access them directly from website. My situation is similar to

https://www.zotero.org/support/kb/files_not_syncing

Eveything works well on my computer A, but the attachment still cant be downloaded on my computer B. After syncing on computer B, under each citation record, it shows there is a pdf attachment, but when I try to open it, it says:

The attached file could not be found.

It may have been moved or deleted outside of Zotero

  • If you're referring to the attachment you see when you paste ES76TXDE into the search bar in Everything mode, that file doesn't exist on the server.

    I was thinking the problem was on my computer B and ignore others.
    I check my computer A again and try to clear all sync history. I let it sync all files again. The problem solved. Thanks!
