Science Direct - cannot save items

I cannot save any items to Zotero from ScienceDirect. Here is an example URL:
http://www.sciencedirect.com.ezp.sub.su.se/science/article/pii/S0301421512006520

There is no Report ID (or at least I cannot find one).

The pop-up in the lower left part of the window shows "Saving to XXX... but no record is added to the library in Zotero.

I use the latest version of Zotero standalone for Mac (updated today) with Safari.

This works for me without the proxy, i.e. http://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S0301421512006520 .

I have tried again and it still does not work - the same procedure as last time.

In the meanwhile I have set up Zotero on Firefox and that works fine...

I will try and restart the Mac and see if that resolves the issue.

I don't use any proxy connections at all and therefore I don't know much about the settings and the status in zotero. For a start you should check your proxy settings in standalone https://www.zotero.org/support/preferences/proxies .

we'd want a debug ID from the Safari connector covering an attempt to download that item to troubleshoot this:
