It looks like this is actually an issue with the full text HTML view of articles on the Institute of Physics's site. Search results and abstract pages work just fine. See http://www.iop.org/EJ/abstract/1748-9326/3/3/034001

I have opened a ticket for full text views in HTML, but for the time being just bounce back to abstract pages to grab items. https://www.zotero.org/trac/ticket/1272
