"Library too long for sync"

Hi Just upgraded the storage subscription, though it was still valid until August 30. Despite this a sync across two Mac devices does not occur. Concerned about my data. Need help ASAP. Thanks.

    The error message tells you the issue here:
    The note 'p. 44...…' in your library is too long to sync to zotero.org.

    Search for the excerpt above or copy and paste 'AUIIPJRV' into the Zotero search bar. Shorten the note, or delete it and empty the Zotero trash, and then try syncing again.

    But you're also running an out-of-date version of Zotero. You should upgrade to the latest version, which shows a "Show Item in Library" button when a note is too long to sync
