The article at the first link above generates a zotero article icon in the address bar, but clicking it to add the article to my library just produces an hourglass that eventually dies without producing an error message. The second link is to a similar but probably unrelated issue with informaworld, the only result I found searching the zotero forums. Thanks to Dan & co. for any help you can provide.

Until that gets fixed you can just tell Informaworld that you want to download the citation to Endnote and Zotero will intercept it.
