Error reporting--upgraded to new Zotero

I was prompted to upgrade to the new version of Zotero, and now it won't start. I run Zotero on a Mac OS 10.10.3 Yosemite.

Anyone else have this problem?

Any help would be appreciated!

  • What exactly do you mean by "won't start"? If it won't start, how are you providing a Report ID? Also, the version in your error report is 4.0.27.7, which isn't the latest version available from zotero.org.

    In any case, first thing to try would be to simply install the latest version from the download page.
