Specify both page range and referenced page

In one of the citation styles I'm trying to express in CSL, authors are asked to specify, in the first note referring to an article, both the full page range of the article and the specific page that is referenced in this note:

4 D.A. Campbell,“AnAttempt to Be Understood: AResponse to the Concerns of Matlock and Macaskill with The Deliverance of God,” JSNT 34 (2011), 162–208, here 193 n. 67.

Is there a CSL variable for the page range that I can use?
