Upgrade StorageID and PW of already uploaded data
Me, Dr Sarita Jain, Senior Library Manager of Royal University for Women, Bahrain need to upload our university research data. Our previous Manager Ms. Marwa Gheith has left RUW 3 years ago.
No one in the library has any clue - ID or PW of RUW data uploaded by her.
Her email is address was mgheith@ruw.edu.bh
I will be obliged if you kindly help me by providing ID and PW of data already entered. This will help me in uploading the later records.

dstillmanWe don't have access to people's stored passwords and wouldn't provide them if we did. We also don't transfer people's private libraries to others. In some rare cases, we'll transfer group ownership to another member when a group is clearly affiliated with an existing organization. If the latter is the case here, you can email support@zotero.org with the group name and any other verifying information you can provide (no passwords). Otherwise, I'm afraid you'll need get in touch with her and ask her to provide you with access to the library.
