There is a small bug in the translator.
When authors have an affiliation their names are captured with errors.

TjowensThe problem in this case is how Ingenta is formatting their data. They are placing that [1] in the author name field for their RIS export, which means that any tool that tries to import the bibliography will end up with the same issue.
