Edward juarez immigration - ERROR while saving files to my Library

Hello

My name is Edward juarez immigration.
Few days back i installed new version of zotero i.e 4.0.27.6. Now files are no longer saving to my library. I am using it for first time, so have no idea how to fix it.

could you specify what type of error you're getting and how/from where you're saving files?

When i click on the icon, it says "Saving to my library", but i didn't found my document in library.

Does it say anything else, or is that all that appears in the popup?

If nothing else appears, there's probably an error while trying to import. See https://www.zotero.org/support/troubleshooting_translator_issues and provide information requested in step 11

Yes, when i click on page like icon a pop-up appears and say "Saving to my library". The problem is i didn't found my document there. I am using this tool for the first time.
well i would like to mention that i am using chrome on my system.

the question is whether it says _just_ Saving to My Library or whether it also specifies the title of the item your trying to save.

If it _doesn't_ give you the title, run through the steps aurimas links to and post the requested information.

If it does show you the title, the item is saving, just not--apparently--where you're looking.

As aurimas mentioned me a link, i disabled my add-ons and restart my browser.Now Problem has been solved.
