Syncing problem

It looks like one of my shared Zotero files hasn't been syncing since 10 months ago. I am looking on forums to see what might have happened and how I can repair it. All PDFs are accessible on my computer within Zotero but aren't showing up on the shared site. Following these instructions didn't change that: https://www.zotero.org/support/kb/files_not_syncing
  • Starting with the obvious:
    you have
    1. file sync enabled in the Zotero preferences under sync and have
    2. Set it to sync with Zotero File Storage and
    3. Are not receiving a sync error (exclamation mark next to the round green sync button)
    ?
