[Juris-M]MLZ Bluebook and Date Format

Hi, I've got a webpage cite (haven't tested it elsewhere), and when I have the date in format Aug. 4, 2015, all is good. However, if the date is entered 8/4/2015 in the database, the cite comes out (8-4,2015). There's no formatting world I can think of where that would be right - it should be Aug. 4, 2015, or maybe 8/4/2015 (which is wrong, but at least normal parlance), but not 8-4, 2015.

Thoughts?
