MLZ Oscola (and future JM Oscola)
Hello,
I would like to make a suggestion for the OSCOLA Style for Juris-M about the citation of treaties (international law).
Would it be possible to modify it in a way that for subsequent citations, it would use the 'short title' insted of the 'full title'?
Indead, it is common for some treaties to use short title, such as 'UN Charter' 'VCLT'etc... My full title would be 'United Nations Charter (hereafter UN Charter)' and then the subsequent notes should look like 'UN Charter'.
Thank you very much un advance,
best.
