Upgrade StorageSync does not work (Report ID 1722978218)

I am using the Zotero Plugin (4.0.26.1) for Firefox 39.0 on Uberstudent, an Ubuntu/Debian based Linux distro. I have no idea how to reproduce the bug, as it happens everytime I try to sync, but I can describe the problem.
What I was trying to do: Sync the Zotero Firefox Plugin to Zotero to use it in the standalone client afterwards. The syncing in the standalone client seems to work, when I try to sync to the servers from the plugin however, it does give me the bug report. The contents do not seem to be synced to the Zotero server at all. That means I cannot use the contents in the standalone client afterwards.

dstillmanUpgrade to the latest version of Zotero, which is necessary for Firefox 39 compatibility, and see Updates Not Detected.

EWENSSI'll update the UberStudent repository with the latest Zotero in the next several days.
