Upgrade Storage"make into book section" for right-click menu on book items
Often I duplicate the item and then edit it to make it a book section. This option could create a blank "author" space and then translate any existing author and editor data into book author and book editor. Eventually, books and their chapters could be imported together (using ocr'd text or metadata), so citing a chapter of the book would be faster and easier.

adamsmiththe Zutilo add-on has such an option. I think enthusiasm for adding it in Zotero proper is low -- the right-click menu is already overloaded.
