Unable to rescale Zotero after fullscreen-ize it

OS: El Capitan Public Beta 3 (10.11)

Rehearse the problem:
1. Open Zotero Standalone Mac;
2. Fullscreen-ize Zotero;
3. Quit Zotero;
4. Reopen Zotero, the window is like this:
