Collection with related items export and then import

HELLO to everybody
I have collection with items related one with other
I need to export it into file and then import this file back to Zotero.
when I had done export to Zotero RDF the relation between related items had been lost.
How can I do export/import with no losts?
What is most full export/import format?

    there's currently not export/import that preserves item relations, sorry.
    The API does.

    So we can write such an independent program that, using the API, will make the export to format (let us call it) Zotero RDF + and another user on another computer, with the same program, will make import and restore full collection, exactly as it was at first user with notes, files, TAGS, and relationships?
