Use of discrete graphics on Macbook Pro resulting in higher battery drain

Since the last update (4.0.27) Zotero uses the discrete graphics on my Macbook Pro resulting in higher battery drain. I do not see the reason why Zotero activates the more powerful graphics unit. If there is none, a fix – return to how it has been all the time before this update – would be great.
