zotero won't save to my library

When I push the "save to zotero" button, it shows that it is saving the citation in the bottom right corner, but it doesn't show up in any of my libraries (zotero.org, standalone, or firefox). How can I fix this?
Everything has been working fine until today.

    Does this happen for all web pages? If no, then what's the URL?

    Does the pop-up in the bottom right corner disappear?

    Are you using Zotero in Firefox along with Zotero Standalone? Have you tried this with Zotero Standalone closed?

    If this doesn't work with Zotero Standalone closed, could you submit a Debug ID covering a save attempt? https://www.zotero.org/support/debug_output
