Chrome not saving items in Zotero Standalone

I have just installed the Zotero Standalone and zotero extention for Chrome.
When saving an item, i get a message saying item is being saved to xxx library, library name being correct. But nothing appears in Zotero.

In Chrome extentions it says "Zotero Standalone is currently available".Debug output has been sent to the Zotero server.The Debug ID is D1687292270.
  • Does the title of the item you're trying to save show up in the popup or not?

    But your link works. Apparently problem is specific to this item.

  • Yes, that's the problem with WorldCat's non-Latin RIS export on that site (if you click on Export/Citation and then select Export to Endnote/Reference Manager (non-Latin)" you'll see that the file it opens is empty. That's what Zotero tries to get.
  • We just fixed this so that Zotero tries to get the Latin RIS version if non-Latin version is invalid. Update your translators via Preferences -> General -> Update Now, restart browser and try again.
