Webpage download button has disappeared from Zotero pane

When I click the Zotero button on the toolbar,the Zotero pane opens at the bottom of my browser, as before. But the button that I could previously click to download a webpage image and URL is no longer visible. Making the problem more severe, I know of no other way to download a webpage.

I'm running Windows Vista fully updated and Firefox 38.0.5

I don't have the new save button that's supposed to be on the right side of the Zotero button.

you're on Zotero 4.0.27.1? (Check under tools --> add-ons in Firefox)

Check Customize mode. You should find, in one place or another, the three-part combo buttons as well as separate individual buttons for the Z button and save button.
