I Cannot Upgrade Storage

Hello

I cannot upgrade my storage from 300mB to 2Go, I have done the payment process twice and it always answered that there is an error and to contact here.

    I have a relatively same problem. I have increased the storage to 2 GB and Zotero standalone has stopped working. The logo does not appear on any websites any more and when I write click on the page no zotero sign appears.
    Can anybody help please?

    mahman: Upgrading storage wouldn't have anything to do with the save icon. See No Address Bar Icon and start a new thread if you're still having trouble.

    It should have something to do with the increasing the quota. Right after that I have found these problems. I also upgraded my zotero standalone to the latest version. It does not recognize the NY Times articles. No address bar icon. Neither it allows me to save pages manually.I have closed the pages, restarted the computer several times and have launched zotero again. It does not work.

    No, it definitely doesn't have anything to do with the quota, the fact that they appear at the same time was pure coincidence--the import functions know absolutely nothing about whether you have online storage left or not.

    Follow the instructions https://www.zotero.org/support/troubleshooting_translator_issues (linked to from the page Dan gave you) and if they don't help, provide all the info requested in the last step in a new thread ("Start a New Discussion" on the top left of this page).
