Storage subscription failed to renew
Hi
I have an unlimited storage subscription (i.e. with auto renewal). It was supposed to renew for another year today. However, Zotero now gives a sync error because of insufficient storage, and online zotero.org says my storage allowance is only 300MB.
Can you tell me what went wrong? Did the renewal payment fail to go through?

It looks like your renewals went through on the account you're posting from (and that should be reflected on your storage settings when logged in with this account). The most likely scenario is that you registered a different account at some point and are syncing with both. If you email storage@zotero.org we can try to figure out what's going on.
