Groups--unable to add documents

My group members have joined my group on Zotero online, show as members of the group, and can view the group folders and the documents that I have put in them, but cannot add files to the group folders. What are we doing wrong??

    Most likely you've set the group to not allow members to add&edit items. You can change that under group settings for the group here on the website.
