Can't collect single item from french union catalog Sudoc

Since several days I can not retrieve references from the french union catalog SUDOC ( Abes : http://www.sudoc.abes.fr)

To be more precise, it doesn’t work with an individual bibliographic item (book icon in the browser address), but it works with a list of references (folder icon in the browser address) :

If I understand correctly, the translator used is PICA.

N.B. 1 : I reset Translators, but nothing changed.
N.B. 2 : It works with the RIS export solution in "Mon panier/export".

How to fix it ?

    odd. And you get an error when you click the book icon? Could you provide an error report ID afterwards?

    @Dan -- I'm looking for the error message and any potentially interfering add-ons, could you take a look?

    "Sudoc plus (0.1.9, greasemonkey-user-script)", perhaps? No error message in the report.

    ALHB -- could you try disabling that script in greasemonkey, restart and try again?

    Thank you ! I just tried on my home laptop ( greasemonkey not installed) and it works perfectly. I will try tomorrow on my work computer by disabling Greasemonkey and will keep you inform on the outcome.

    I confirm that you were right : it works by disabling Greasemonkey.
    I'll check the add-ons next time I or members of our library meet this kind of trouble.

    Apologize, I have created sudoc+ and know that it is conflicting with Zotero translator but have never taken time to correct this, will try to have a look at it shortly (don't hesitate to ping me otherwise).
