Cannot Use Zotero With WPS Writer ( Free compatible words)

I using WPS Writer and all icons appeared but cannot be used in the WPS.

And there is an Error Report 1763034180 too.

The adds on I enabled are :
a.) Zotero 4.0.26.4
b.) Zotero Libreoffice Integration 3.5.9
c.) Zotero Word for Intgration 3.1.19

I have no Microsoft Word but using free WPS Writer

    There is no plugin for that word processor and it is unlikely the other plugins would work. LibreOffice is also free if you are interested in that tight integration. Otherwise, RTF Scan may be your best bet.

    thanks. Now I got the trial version for Microsoft 2016. I cannot save books automatically to Zotero from Amazon books

    No problem encountered today. I was on standalone zotero and that could be the problem.
