HELP.... MY PLUGIN HAS DISAPERARED

Hello I am new to Zotero. Everything was working find. No changes to my my MAC. I pulled up my dissertation and tool bar appeared. I need to export my library. I have tried re-installing zotero and to no avail. PLEASE HELP
