Upgrade StorageUsing webdav sync with the mobile bookmarklet

I noticed that the zotero files I save on my phone using the bookmarklet weren't syncing to my computer (I use zotero standalone, and sync files through box using webdav).
I found this discussion thread: https://forums.zotero.org/discussion/37972/pdfs-not-uploading-to-webdav-from-ipad-bookmarklet/ , which seems to make pretty clear that the bookmarklet doesn't really play well with webdav sync, because the bookmarklet saves files to the Zotero servers--and with webdav sync Zotero doesn't think to look for the files there.
Like I said, the thread I link to here explained the issue pretty well to me. What I'm wondering is if there is any fix. Is there any way to successfully sync file attachments saved to my library through the iPhone bookmarklet, when I'm using standalone with webdav sync on my computer?
