Upgrade StorageFolder icon doesn't appear
I am using Zotero on a macbook pro and Firefox as my browser. Often when I go to a page from which I should be able to import references, I don't see the folder or file icon that is supposed to appear. Any ideas what's going on?

for the last step (provided the others haven't fixed this), provide a specific google scholar URL that you've tried, together with a debug ID _and_ a report ID for loading or reloading that page.
