Upgrade Storageso lost
I have installed zotero and now realize there seems to be some special way to download it. I am not sure if I did it correctly. When I try to insert a citation in Word I get an error saying: Word could not communicate with Zotero. Please ensure that firefox is open and try again. I have a macbook air with the latest ios installed.

There are two versions of Zotoro.
One is a plug-in for Firefox. This one requires a second plug-in to work with MS Word.
The other is Zotero Stand-Alone. This version has the word processor connection built-in. However this stand-alone version requires that you download a plug-in to work with your preferred browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox).
